can't believe an easy project kena turned into a mess of
paperwork...
get my dy director to approve, she throws it up to the No.2 to
approve because somehow, she wants the bigwigs to see what we are
doing more than anything else...
so it comes back to me to re-write slightly... with the dy
director's little amendments...
the boss must jump in.. so now it's become a massive undertaking
of paperwork.. of me digging up history and God knows what
else...
because my boss looks at this No.2 as some kind of deity...
we look at him as some kind of useless bum sitting there to
collect pay.. and a LOT of pay...
